At 4:46 pm on the 23rd, the first electronic seal installed by the Hanjiang Court was put into use in a community in the West District. This is also the first electronic seal in our city.

Compared with traditional paper seals, electronic seals are full of technological sense. The electronic seal is an electronic device in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with the words "Seal-up by court, no damage" on the surface. According to court officers, this electronic seal is equipped with a camera sensor device. Once the property being sealed up is abnormal, the seal can automatically alarm, play reminder audio and video, and also immediately take pictures, lock evidence, and transmit the signal to the mobile terminal of law enforcement officers.

The executive police of the Hanjiang Court installed the electronic seal on the door handle, and the powerful magnetic force immediately attracted it. The door handle and keyhole were completely blocked. The electronic seal built-in 4G network, which can automatically connect to the Internet after opening, and the standby time is two years long. The executive police use the relevant software to scan the QR code on the electronic seal, then click on the corresponding location and execute the announcement, and the mobile phone and the electronic seal are bound. At this time, the staff tapped the electronic seal, and the electronic seal sounded the relevant voice reminder. On the mobile phone bound to it, the "device alarm notification" also popped up immediately, showing the code, location, time and alarm content of the alarm device, and there is also video evidence to be kept, so they can clearly see what happened at the scene.

According to the enforcement officers, the use of electronic seals not only more timely and intelligently deal with the transfer and destruction behaviors during the execution, but also can effectively deter the person subject to execution, and helps protect the legitimate rights and interests of the applicant.
