The "2020 China Chemical Industry Park and Industrial Development Forum" co-sponsored by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation and China National Chemical Industry Economic and Technical Development Center was held yesterday. At the forum, the 2020 China Top 30 Chemical Parks list was released. A total of 8 parks in Jiangsu were on the list, ranking first in the country in terms of the number of selected parks. Among them, Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Park ranked eighth in the country and third in Jiangsu.
It is reported that this selection conducted a comprehensive survey and statistics on the industrial economy, infrastructure, ecological environment and resource utilization, safety emergency and public awareness, park management innovation capabilities and integration of industrialization and industrialization in chemical parks across the country. In this way, a comprehensive evaluation system for the park was established.
According to data, the top 30 chemical parks achieved total petrochemical sales revenue of 2.75 trillion yuan in 2019, accounting for 22.4% of the national petrochemical industry sales revenue; realized total petrochemical profits of 173.7 billion yuan, accounting for 26% of national petrochemical profits.
In the individual rankings, the investment intensity of Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park ranks 4th, and the output value per unit area ranks 5th. Data show that in 2019, Yangzhou Chemical Industrial Park achieved a scale of industrial added value of 14.58 billion yuan, an increase of 16.6%; industrial invoice sales were 45.73 billion yuan, an increase of 7.1%.
